I build products, teams, and systems that work—without the extra noise.
I'm Andrew Slifkin, a Product Design Manager with over a decade of experience building and leading digital products. Most recently, I've been leading the design team at HEINEKEN's global B2B platform, eazle, where we're replacing 35+ fragmented systems with one scalable, customer-first experience used across dozens of markets. My focus is on making complex ecosystems usable, measurable, and valuable—for both customers and the business.
My work sits at the intersection of design leadership, product strategy, and operational excellence. I've scaled research with AI to cut months-long cycles down to a week, built experimentation pipelines that tie design decisions directly to outcomes, and led teams that drive adoption and revenue in global commerce. I care about clarity over decoration: cutting the noise, fixing what's clunky, and focusing on what actually matters.
Outside of work, I'm always building. Side projects range from GymCalc, an iOS app for weight training, to savd.app, a platform for saving and sharing prompts. I also spend time crafting small leather goods—wallets, belts, and other simple pieces—which scratches the same itch as product design: making something functional, durable, and well-crafted.
When I'm not designing or building, you'll usually find me traveling with my wife, exploring new places, and taking in the details that make each experience unique. Those moments fuel my perspective on design and remind me why creating products that fit seamlessly into people's lives really matters.
